Murder in Telangana: Newlywed Man Brutally Killed by Wife and Her Lover

A shocking murder case has surfaced from Jogulamba Gadwal district in Telangana, where a newly married man was murdered in cold blood, allegedly by his wife and her lover. The victim, Ganta Tejeshwar (32), worked as a private land surveyor and was also known locally as a dance teacher.

In Brief

A 32-year-old man, Ganta Tejeshwar, was found murdered just weeks after his wedding.

His wife Aishwarya (23) and her lover Tirumala Rao (35) allegedly orchestrated the brutal crime.

Eight people, including the couple, have been arrested in connection with the murder.

Timeline of Events: From Disappearance to Discovery

Tejeshwar went missing on June 17, 2025, after leaving home for work. When he did not return, his brother filed a missing person report the following day. CCTV footage later revealed Tejeshwar leaving in a car with known individuals.

On June 21, his body was discovered near Panyam in Kurnool district, Andhra Pradesh, dumped beside a canal. The condition of the body indicated a violent and premeditated attack.

Murder Conspiracy: Wife’s Affair Led to Deadly Plan

Investigations revealed that Aishwarya, despite her recent marriage, was in a relationship with her former lover, Tirumala Rao. Unable to continue their affair in secrecy, the duo allegedly hatched a murder plan.

They roped in Kummari Nagesh to help arrange a contract killing. A GPS tracker was secretly placed on Tejeshwar’s motorbike to monitor his movements.

Under the guise of a land survey, Tejeshwar was lured out, and on the way back, the assailants stabbed, bludgeoned, and slit his throat. His mobile phone and other personal belongings were destroyed to cover up the crime.

Financial Deal and Arrests

Police sources confirmed that Rao paid ₹1 lakh in advance, promising another ₹2 lakh post-murder. The total number of people involved was eight, including Aishwarya and Rao. All suspects are currently in custody.

Shocking revelations during the interrogation include that Rao was previously in a relationship with Aishwarya’s mother before dating Aishwarya. The family had allegedly pressured her into marrying Tejeshwar, despite her continued affair.

Post-murder, the couple had planned to elope to Ladakh.

Ongoing Investigation

Telangana police continue to investigate deeper angles in the case, including motive, financial transactions, and communication trails. The case has sparked outrage on social media and drawn attention to rising crimes involving marital disputes and infidelity.
